Who we are
numawellness.com is run by Halo Wellness, LLC (“Numa”), Los Angeles, California. Write to us at contact@numawellness.com.
What we collect
- Early access: your email address, if you give it to us.
- Start a conversation: what you write in the partners form: your name, title, work email, company, industry and message.
That is all we ask for. When you send a form, our host also records your IP address and browser with it, which is used to filter out spam. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising, and it loads nothing from other companies: its fonts and its music come from our own domain. Like any web host, ours keeps technical logs of visits (such as IP address and browser) to run and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.
Why
We use your email address to tell you when Numa launches and how to get early access. We use a partner’s details to reply and to talk about working together. We never sell or rent your details.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom: we keep you on the early-access list because you asked us to, and you can withdraw that at any time; we use the partners form to reply to you, which is in our legitimate interest and yours.
Who holds it
Halo Wellness, LLC is responsible for what you send us. Our web host, Netlify, receives each form, stores it in its database and sends a copy to our company email, which runs on Google Workspace. Before a form is stored, Netlify checks it for spam with Akismet, a service run by Automattic. When we start emailing the early-access list, we will send through a mailing service and name it here. These companies handle your details for us, in the United States.
Nobody else receives your details from us, with two exceptions: if Numa is reorganized, merged or acquired, the list moves with the company under the same terms; and we would disclose information if the law required it.
How long
Your email address stays on our early-access list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Partner messages are kept as long as the conversation needs them, and deleted within two years of our last exchange unless we start working together.
Your choices
Every email we send says how to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to contact@numawellness.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Do Not Track
Nobody tracks you across sites through numawellness.com, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here.
Changes to this page
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell people on the early-access list by email.
